Shell Springboard Awards, 2010

This event organised is organised by Shell to promote any product or process that has the potential to provide significant improvements in the environment. We were finalists in this event and received a special mention from the chairman of the committee. Hybrid Marine finished as runner up to a company developing a “freeze dried” cremation process !

PBO green product of the year, 2009

Hybrid Marine were honored at the Southampton boat show by receiving the Practical Boat Owner “Green product of the year” award.

Mansura Trophy, 2008

The Mansura trophy is organised by the Royal Thames Yacht Club. This bi-annual competition is designed to promote and recognise excellence in hybrid system design.

In Feb 2008 Hybrid Marine won the Bronze medal in this event. The awards were presented by HRH Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh who is a patron of the Club. The photograph shows Graeme Hawksley, MD of Hybrid Marine demonstrating a parallel hybrid systems at the awards ceremony.
